3. Project Agreements

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Timely approval of designs and plans
• Ensuring site access for our personnel and equipment
• Payment according to agreed schedules
• Compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary permits

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Advance payment may be required before project commencement
• Progress payments are due upon completion of specified milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and acceptance
• Late payments may incur interest charges as per Kyrgyz Republic law

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our work as specified in project agreements. Warranty coverage typically includes:

• Design work: warranty against design defects
• Installation work: warranty on workmanship
• Equipment: manufacturer warranties are passed through to clients
• Exclusions: damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of MEP ENGINEERING GROUP unless specifically transferred under a project agreement. Clients receive a license to use project deliverables for the intended project purpose only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Issues arising from client-provided information or specifications
• Delays caused by force majeure or client actions
• Third-party products or services not under our direct control

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement under conditions specified in the individual agreement. Termination provisions typically address:

• Notice periods required
• Payment for work completed to date
• Return of materials and documentation
• Ongoing obligations and warranties

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after project completion unless otherwise specified.

11. Compliance with Laws

All services are provided in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic. Clients are responsible for ensuring their projects comply with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or project agreements shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in the Kyrgyz Republic as specified in the project agreement.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
